Vetcor has grown into a cornerstone of the veterinary industry, supporting over 840 paw-some practices throughout the United States and Canada. Our success is rooted in our dedication to nurturing the unique qualities of each practice while fostering a collaborative network that enriches the experience of both our team members and the communities we serve.

Career Development
Vetcor creates an active learning culture with a focus on career growth through mentorship, employee skills sharing, and online learning. Vetcor University, our learning management system, allows team members to choose individual courses or learning tracks to build upon their skills. For eligible team members, we also offer annual CE credit, time off for CE, Vetcor exclusive CE events, and tuition support.

Wellbeing
We help our teams be the best versions of themselves every day by providing them with opportunities to take proactive steps to elevate their overall wellbeing including emotional, physical, and financial health. We also offer an employee assistance program that includes therapy, counseling, exercise challenges, and financial services. These programs are available for all team members and their families.

Connection
We love facilitating connections among our teams to help them stay on top of trends, meet prospective mentors, aid career development, and create valuable relationships. Through our collaboration circles—VetLife, TechLife, and HMLife—team members are able to communicate through online forums and participate in role-specific programs for mentorship and skill sharing.
