Northeast Animal Hospital and Downtown St. Pete Vet Clinic are seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our multi-doctor team in two of the most sought-after locations in St. Pete. What You’ll Do

• Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgeries, and dental procedures
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients
• Support routine veterinary care, advanced diagnostics, surgical care, and dental care
• Safely handle and restrain patients during appointments and procedures
• Monitor patients and assist with treatments as directed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
• Support client education and help create an excellent client experience
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a unified, safe, and positive hospital environment

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

• Previous Veterinary Technician experience preferred
• Strong patient care and animal handling skills
• Ability to multitask with grace and compassion in a busy environment
• Positive, upbeat personality and strong people skills
• Compassionate communication with clients, especially during stressful situations
• Physical ability to lift and securely hold animals as needed
• Willingness to work alternating weekends as part of a four-day schedule
• Team-oriented mindset and desire to support coworkers
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to a fun workplace culture
• Social media awareness is a plus
