Poland Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time, experienced Veterinary Technician to join our recently renovated, full-service small animal hospital in beautiful Poland, Maine.

We are a well-established, two-doctor practice supported by a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding patient care. Our workplace is built on compassion and collaboration—we support one another, celebrate successes together, and welcome each individual as they are.

We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual who is eager to learn and committed to providing exceptional care. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are key to thriving in this role.

Our team routinely performs in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, and surgical procedures, offering technicians meaningful opportunities to stay engaged in hands-on clinical work. As we transition from server-based medical records to Ezyvet, we would welcome someone with experience who can help support and guide us through the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities and prior experience in a veterinary hospital setting. We prefer a licensed or credentialed veterinary technician, though experienced veterinary assistants will also be considered. Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of experience in small animal practice and demonstrate excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues.

Our hospital hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. This position offers a 4-day workweek with rotating Saturdays to support both team needs and work-life balance.

Additionally, You Can Expect:

  • A recently renovated facility
  • A fully stocked breakroom with coffee, tea, and snacks!
  • Occasional lunches on us!
