We’re a 2 Doctor Small Animal Clinic in Hutchinson, MN looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Technician or Experienced Assistant who wants to use their skills daily, continue learning, and be part of a clinic culture that supports one another (and keeps things positive, even on the busy days).
Wondering what a typical day looks like? You can expect to assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and surgical procedures. Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed. Perform or assist with venipuncture, catheter placement, fluid therapy, and sample collection. Obtain high-quality radiographs and run in-house laboratory testing (CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, fecals, etc.). Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient workflow and positive hospital culture. Educate clients with compassion, clarity, and confidence.
We are looking for a team member who has a collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed; delivers clear, compassionate communication with clients and team members; brings a positive attitude, is reliable and has a genuine passion for veterinary medicine; pays strong attention to detail and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.

I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates.
