Position Details:
Role: Experienced Veterinary Technician or Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour, and is based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Opening and Closing Shifts, Saturday Mornings

For 30+ years, Yellow Springs Veterinary Clinic has delivered top-notch care to cats and dogs across Frederick and the surrounding communities. We’re proud to be an AAHA-accredited hospital (continuously since 2002), and we’re growing! We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Veterinary Technician to join our friendly, collaborative team.
This is a full-time position that will include some evening and Saturday hours and schedule flexibility. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and work well on a team. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Client education, maintaining medical charts, blood draws, administering medications and injections, performing radiographs, placing IV catheters, surgical prep and anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, fill prescription requests, holding and restraining, facility maintenance and safety, diagnostics and laboratory procedures, and regular hospital cleaning. Must be an efficient and punctual worker, have compassion for our patients and clients, and have excellent communication skills.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees!
