  • Role: Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience and licensure
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday. Rotating Saturdays. No nights or holiday shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely restrain dogs and cats for medical procedures and patient care
  • Monitor anesthesia and document patient vitals during procedures
  • Perform laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and sample collection
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
  • Place IV catheters and support surgical procedures
  • Prepare surgical instruments and maintain sterile operating areas
  • Support veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Educate clients and communicate patient updates compassionately
  • Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant hospital environment

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

  • Current North Carolina Veterinary Technician license
  • Strong technical and patient care skills
  • Experience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support
  • Confidence performing blood draws, catheter placement, and diagnostics
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
  • Compassion for patients, clients, and coworkers
  • Dependability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Newly licensed RVTs encouraged to apply
