Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
• Schedule: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm Mon-Fri

We’re looking for a bright, organized, and empathetic Receptionist to be the first friendly face our clients and pets see. If you love fast-paced environments and want to work with a leadership team that is truly aligned on growth and excellence, we’d love to meet you.

The position will require flexibility from the applicant regarding availability to work. Set hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 1:30pm. Must be available to fill in additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering telephones
• Greeting clients
• Checking clients in and out
• Scheduling appointments
• Preparing paperwork for appointments
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception room.

Must be responsible, friendly, professional, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Preference will be given to those with veterinary or medical experience, although any professional receptionist experience will be considered.
