• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-Time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: ~35 hours/week. 3 or 4 x 10-hour shifts. WEEKENDS OFF.

As the face of our hospital, our reception team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for clients and patients while supporting our medical team and helping our hospital operate efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Support client communication and answer questions professionally
• Maintain accurate client and patient information
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily hospital workflow
• Support the veterinary team while delivering exceptional customer service

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

• Previous veterinary experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology preferred
• Familiarity with vaccine protocols preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
