Position Details

  • Role: Front Desk Receptionist / Client Service Representative
  • Status: Part-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Weekday availability required; rotating Saturdays (8 am - 1 pm)
    Requirements: Prior customer service experience required; veterinary experience preferred but not required

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Manage client communications with care and attention to detail
  • Review invoices and collect payments
  • Help clients understand hospital policies, services, and follow-up care instructions
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Support the medical team by helping keep daily workflows organized
  • Handle busy situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism
  • Create positive first and last impressions for every client visit
