About the Role

Pet Medical Center of Pasco is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist!

 

Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour based on experience 
  • Schedule: Flexible Monday-through-Friday schedule with 1 Saturday shift per month.  No nights, on-call, or holidays!

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and pets, manage check-ins, and escort to exam rooms
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with client questions
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Make reminder and follow-up calls
  • Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their pets

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • 1–2 years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and common procedures
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude (bonus points for great “cattitude”)
  • Compassion and empathy for clients, pets, and coworkers
  • Ability to stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must enjoy puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
