Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00-6:30, every 3rd Saturday

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phones, triage calls, and manage multiple phone lines
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records
  • Communicate effectively with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors
  • Support smooth workflow between the front desk and treatment areas
  • Assist clients with questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Help create a welcoming and organized hospital environment

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous animal experience strongly preferred, including veterinary clinics, kennels, shelters, or similar settings
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage high call volumes and busy front desk responsibilities
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow
