Position Details

  • Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both pets and their owners.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist clients with questions regarding services, medications, and appointments
  • Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
  • Veterinary experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
