Position Details
Memorial Veterinary Pet Care Hospital is looking to add a full-time or part-time receptionist to our team! We are a multi-doctor practice that sees many species, big and small! We have a family atmosphere and share our love and desire to help the pets of Houston.
This position of CSR/Receptionist includes being the front line for our clients and patients and maintaining a smiling face! :) You would be taking phone calls, responding to emails, triaging patients' medical needs via scheduling appointments, or getting information to the doctor. Checking patients in and out and collecting payments are other important roles. The CSR team has a vital role in the care of our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Veterinary experience is preferred; however, we will train the right candidate!

I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
