PetVet Animal Hospital is Hiring a Client Service Representative!  

Position Details: 

Role:  Client Service Representative

Status:  Full-time

Salary:  $18.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience 

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts, including 1 weekend day

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, compassionate environment? PetVet Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! As the first face our clients see, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for exceptional care and service. 

Position Overview: 

The CSR is the first point of contact for clients—in person, by phone, and through correspondence. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy veterinary setting. You'll be working with a dedicated and fun-loving team in a culture that values growth, teamwork, and Aloha.  

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communication
• Educate clients about our services and basic pet care
• Maintain accurate client and patient records in our veterinary software
• Process invoices, collect payments, and handle financial transactions
• Support patient check-ins and check-outs, review consent forms
• Assist with retail product sales and restocking
• Perform clerical duties such as faxing, mailing, filing, and ordering supplies
• Clean and maintain the front desk and lobby areas
• Assist with light animal handling (e.g., weighing pets)
• Collaborate with fellow team members and support hospital operations 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Friendly, outgoing, and client-service focused personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or animal-related fields preferred
• Basic animal handling comfort is a plus
• Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
