Salary: $20 - $23 per hour
Schedule: Four-day work week; no nights, holidays, or on-call shifts

Green Mountain Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team in Golden, Colorado. We are a busy four-doctor small animal practice with a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

Our hospital offers a wide range of services, including wellness care, senior pet care, cold laser therapy, nutritional counseling, specialty soft tissue surgery, orthopedics, advanced dentistry, and more. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily appointment flow
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Communicate hospital policies, services, and recommendations clearly
  • Support client education and follow-up communications
  • Maintain an organized, professional reception area
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure a positive client experience
  • Help create a welcoming environment for pets and their families
