Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $20 – $25 per hour
• Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | No Nights or Holidays
• Requirements: Experience as a veterinary assistant preferred. Experience as a receptionist required. 

Santa Fe Animal Clinic is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team!

We’re a busy, team-oriented hospital focused on providing excellent care to our patients and exceptional service to our clients. We value positivity, collaboration, and a supportive work environment where our team members can grow and succeed.

Position Overview:

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for their experience. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
• Manage medical records and client communication
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations 

Qualifications:

• Previous veterinary reception or CSR experience preferred
• Experience with Avimark PIMS is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset 

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 4-day work week
• Rotating Saturdays required
• No nights, on-call shifts, or holidays
