As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for pets and their families while supporting our medical team and helping our hospital run smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients with scheduling appointments
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage emails and client communications promptly and professionally
  • Gather patient histories and maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Support medical record management and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized reception area
  • Educate clients on basic veterinary topics including vaccinations, parasite prevention, diets, and common medical recommendations
  • Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

  • Previous customer service experience required; veterinary experience preferred
