Salary: Starting at $16.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Weekend Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shifts

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Serve as the first point of contact both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Admit and discharge patients efficiently and accurately
• Maintain client accounts and process payments
• Assist with client education and support
• Handle inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service
• Support daily hospital operations and front desk workflow

What Our Client Care Specialists Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of client service experience required
• Experience handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
• Trustworthy, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for pet welfare and exceptional client service
• Ability to work independently when needed
