Position Details

• Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 6 PM. Rotating Saturdays 7:45 AM - noon.

What You’ll Do

• Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures
• Collect laboratory samples and perform in-house diagnostics
• Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed
• Take radiographs and maintain accurate patient medical records
• Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout treatment areas
• Support patient care and daily hospital operations
