What You'll Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
• Assist clients by providing accurate information regarding hospital services
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage patient records while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Support patient flow and communication between clients and medical staff
• Help prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital
• Assist veterinary team members with basic support tasks during busy periods
• Contribute to a positive client experience and efficient daily workflow
