• Role: Experienced Veterinary Assistant
• Status: Full-Time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience & licensure
• Schedule: Choose either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts; no weekends
• Requirements: Two years of veterinary experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Safely handle and restrain patients during examinations and procedures
• Support preventive care and vaccine protocols
• Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical procedures
• Provide attentive induction, monitoring, and recovery of surgical patients
• Place IV catheters and assist with emergency and surgical care
• Obtain diagnostics including radiographs, phlebotomy, sample collection, and in-house laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate patient records and client communications
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and team members
• Support daily hospital operations and patient care needs

What Our Veterinary Team Members Bring

• Two years of veterinary experience preferred
• Veterinary Technician License preferred but not required
• Strong patient care and technical skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and fellow team members
• Excellent client education and communication abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
