Appalachian Animal Hospital in Weaverville, NC is seeking a small animal veterinarian to join our well-established, multi-doctor practice. We provide care for canines, felines, pocket pets, equines, and ruminants, offering a diverse and rewarding caseload.
We welcome applications from experienced, surgically focused veterinarians as well as motivated recent graduates with a strong interest in surgery. Scheduling is flexible, and we are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements.

Our full-time schedule consists of four weekdays (Monday–Friday) with only one weekend shift per month.
Located just minutes from Asheville, Weaverville, NC is a great place to work and live. With a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the practice, nature lovers will love the opportunity to be surrounded by the great outdoors, while still being close to major attractions. Easy access to great shopping, dining, a wonderful arts scene, and even Biltmore House, Weaverville offers something for everyone. Outside of mountain attractions, Weaverville is also a few hours’ drive from the coast.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out.
