Floyd Harbor Animal Hospital is a well-established, community-focused small animal practice located on Long Island’s south shore in Shirley, NY. Our collaborative team of experienced veterinarians and Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) is committed to delivering high-quality, low-stress care to our patients and clients.
We are Low Stress Handling Certified and pride ourselves on practicing thoughtful, compassionate medicine in a supportive and respectful environment.
Our modern facility includes:
Digital radiography
Dental radiography
Cold laser therapy
Access to traveling ultrasonography
Strong technician support

We are seeking an experienced veterinarian who is confident in general medicine and surgery and values strong client relationships and collaborative teamwork.

$130,000–$160,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience)

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out.
