Why You’ll Love Working Here
About Our Hospital
Originally built in the 1960s, our hospital has been thoughtfully expanded over the years to meet the evolving needs of our patients and team.
Our facility includes 4 exam rooms, a large treatment area, a surgery suite, and a dental suite. We’re equipped with CR and dental x-rays, in-house IDEXX lab equipment, ultrasound, and a therapeutic laser.
Our Team & Culture
At Horton Northeast, collaboration and positivity are at the heart of what we do. Our team includes several ultrasound-certified doctors (with advanced skills in echocardiograms and FAST scans), and our doctors enjoy consulting with each other to deliver the best outcomes for every patient.
We also love celebrating wins—big and small! Our “shout-out board” recognizes team members who go above and beyond, and mid-shift breaks help everyone stay refreshed and focused.
Appointments are scheduled thoughtfully (typically 20–50 minutes), allowing time for individualized, low-stress care.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.

There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.

The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
