What Makes Chalet Different

We Respect Your Position: We deeply value the well-being and time of our team members. To ensure that everyone can focus purely on their core responsibilities, we have engaged a janitorial staff member to maintain our workspace. This means no end-of-day cleanup duties for our staff, allowing everyone to finish their day as scheduled and enjoy their personal time without any work overhang.

We Respect Your Boundaries: We hold personal boundaries in high regard and actively cultivate a culture where they are respected and upheld. Meetings are scheduled during working hours where time is properly allocated. All communication occurs during regular work hours and not during your personal time.

No Overtime: Our employees are not expected to work late or outside of their regularly scheduled hours.

You are valued as an individual. Individuals in smaller teams have more influence on team dynamics, decision-making processes, and projects. Your input and thoughts are always taken into consideration.

Snacks! We understand that small things can make a big difference in your day-to-day experience. That’s why we keep our snack spot stocked with a variety of complimentary snacks.

Lunch breaks are your time. To ensure proper work life balance we advocate for a real 30 minute to 1 hour lunch break to take the time to mentally relax and eat a filling meal.
