The Hospital Manager partners closely with the Medical Director and leadership team to ensure smooth hospital operations, strong team engagement, and an outstanding client and patient experience.
You will oversee administrative, financial, and personnel operations while empowering the team to deliver high-quality veterinary medicine every day.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding.
