Always Compassionate Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people-leader who is passionate about team development, client experience, and operational excellence in a small animal veterinary setting.

The Hospital Manager plays a key leadership role, partnering closely with the medical leadership team to oversee day-to-day hospital operations. This position focuses on team leadership, financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency—allowing our veterinarians and staff to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing hospital team
Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, payroll, and inventory
Partner with medical leadership to optimize workflows and improve hospital efficiency
Manage financial performance, including budgeting and expense control
Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace culture
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Support excellent client service and community engagement
Previous veterinary or healthcare management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with team development, coaching, and performance management
Financial and operational mindset
Passion for veterinary medicine and client service

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees!
