Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our teams across both our Monroeville and Greensburg locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, people-focused leader who is passionate about team development, client service, and supporting high-quality veterinary care.
The Veterinary Hospital Manager plays a key role in hospital operations, supporting our veterinarians and medical teams while ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day workflows. This position oversees staff management, client experience, financial performance, and operational excellence across both practices.
Provide strong, positive leadership to support a healthy and collaborative hospital culture
Manage daily operations across both hospital locations
Oversee staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management
Support veterinarians and medical teams by ensuring adequate resources, workflows, and communication
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service
Monitor and manage hospital financials, inventory, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and brand standards
Partner closely with regional leadership on strategic goals and hospital growth initiatives
Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or multi-unit practice management strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Ability to problem-solve and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of veterinary workflows, scheduling, and client service standards
Experience with inventory management, financial reports, or HR processes is a plus
