Summer Smiles

Summer Smiles

June 6, 2023

June is the unofficial start of summer and we couldn’t be more thrilled! With the sunny season comes the bright, summer smiles. Our hospitals have shared some brilliant grins that feel like warm sunshine. The care our network of hospitals provides for their patients combined with their passion for ongoing education all while having fun is re-barkable.

Calling All Creatures Veterinary HospitalCalling All Creatures Veterinary Hospital - Toms River, New Jersey
This game of “How much does the pup weigh?” is a fan favorite. Cooper was visiting Calling All Creatures and flashed his handsomest smile alongside technician, Allie. There was actually someone who guessed his weight on the nose—170 pounds! The team stressed that Cooper is the epitome of a gentle giant.

Bayview Veterinary ClinicBayview Veterinary Clinic - Mukwonago, Wisconsin
Our teams make a huge impact on those up-and-coming in the veterinary industry. Bayview Veterinary Clinic brought Carly on board as a kennel attendant where she could see firsthand the expert level of compassion and skill needed as a veterinarian. Her high school graduation marked the end of her time at the clinic but they are happy she will be continuing her education by studying pre-veterinary medicine and agricultural business at the University of Wisconsin River Falls.

Animal Hospital at West RidgeAnimal Hospital at West Ridge - Bowling Green, Ohio
In recognition of Pet Cancer Awareness Month, Animal Hospital at West Ridge shared their patient, Tesla. He is a pro at overcoming challenges, one of them being osteosarcoma. He has a large team of cheerleaders and doctors that helped him beat cancer. After a lot of hard work, the team is happy to announce that Tesla is now in complete remission.

Valley Veterinary HospitalValley Veterinary Hospital - Johnston, Iowa
Joining the team at Valley Veterinary Hospital as a new grad in 2017, Dr. Rhodes has seen the most amazing patients throughout her career and Evie is no exception. Evie is known to be calm, cool, collected at all times. During her annual wellness visits, she is an angel and is even cooperative for her vaccines. The team and Dr. Rhodes love when she stops by.

Rand Road Animal ClinicRand Road Animal Clinic - Palatine, Illinois
There was double trouble (or double the fun?) at Rand Road Animal Clinic recently. At eight weeks old, clocking in at three pounds a piece, Nalla and Quinn stole all the attention of the staff during their visit. They appear to be pretty laid back in this photo, but if you look closely, the board says their favorite past time is fighting. We can’t imagine the mischief these two must get into at home.
