Whether it’s a pair of inseparable siblings, a curious patient joining a staff meeting, or a child’s cherished toy getting a check-up, these stories reflect the meaningful connections that are fostered in our pet hospitals. These interactions highlight what matters most in our work: the relationships we build and our commitment to those we care for.
Ark Veterinary Hospital - Shelburne, Vermont
Arabella and Lyra’s adorable and loving personalities will be missed at Ark Veterinary Hosptial as they prepare to move. These two sweethearts are currently 11 months old and have truly become part of the clinic family. They are both incredibly sweet, social, and goofy. They always come to their kitten appointments together, even if only one of them isn’t feeling well. Here they are pictured with Jordanne, a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), and Amber, a veterinary assistant. One of hospital manager Shanna’s favorite things about them is how, when they sniff around the exam rooms, they sound just like little pugs.
Stone Ridge Equine Care - Evansville, Indiana
Kennedy and Chelsea are all smiles as they share some love with this week’s Foal Friday star from Stone Ridge Equine Care. Congratulations to Nathan Jones on the arrival of a stunning colt by Patriot and out of West Coast Senorita, he’s already winning hearts with his sweet personality and love for daily snuggles. The team at Stone Ridge takes immense pride not only in caring for these beautiful new arrivals but also in celebrating the joy they bring. Every Friday, they spotlight a special foal on their Facebook page. But it’s not just about the horses, this team is equally passionate about supporting one another. Whether it’s a birthday, a work anniversary, or a personal milestone, they make it a point to celebrate each other and the strong sense of community they’ve built.
Willow Park Animal Clinic - Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Willow Park Animal Clinic makes sure to include everyone in team activities, no exceptions! Recently during their weekly staff meeting, they had a very special (and very attentive) guest. Embyr, a black Labrador Retriever in for a dental procedure, decided to sit in and observe the discussion like a true veterinary professional. She listened intently, soaking in every word, and even made a suggestion of her own: more treats at every visit, please! It’s moments like these that remind us how much our furry friends are truly part of the family.
Main Street Veterinary Hospital - Millis, Massachusetts
Sydney enjoyed a wonderful visit with veterinary technician Maggie at Main Street Veterinary Hospital. During her appointment, Sydney showed her appreciation the best way she knows how, with a sweet snuggle for Maggie. It’s always such a joy to see the special bonds that form between our talented vet med teams and the pets they care for. These little moments of affection remind us why we do what we do every day. We’re so grateful for the trust our clients place in us to care for their beloved animal companions.
West Trenton Animal Hospital - West Trenton, New Jersey
When the child of a technician at West Trenton Animal Hospital noticed that his treasured pterodactyl was feeling under the weather, the compassionate veterinary team didn’t hesitate, they sprang into action. They triaged the prehistoric patient right away, and after a thorough workup by the attentive technicians, Dr. K stepped in to save the day. With his signature care and expertise, Dr. K managed to fix the little flyer right up. As one of their clients so perfectly put it, “Dr. K is the best vet anywhere. He can fix anything that can fly or walk.”
