As the leaves turn and the air grows crisp, autumn brings a special kind of warmth to our veterinary hospitals. From festive costumes and community events to touching moments between pets and their care teams, this season has been full of joy, connection, and compassion.

There’s no better way to start the day at Animal and Bird Medical Center than with a dose of puppy love! This morning, hospital manager Tobi received a cheerful puppy kiss from Wendy, a spirited young Vizsla and the newest addition to Misty’s family. Wendy has quickly won everyone at the hospital with her affectionate personality and boundless energy. Wendy has quickly become a favorite among the team and pet parents alike, spreading joy wherever she trots. Fun fact: Vizslas are known as “Velcro dogs” because they love sticking close to their humans, just like Wendy does with her owner, Misty!
Animal Hospital at West Ridge - Bowling Green, Ohio
Friday night was a frightfully fun time at the second annual Trunk or Treat hosted by Animal Hospital at West Ridge! Families, kids, and their costumed pets brought the spooky spirit in full force, showing off creativity and festive flair that made the evening unforgettable. The team was so caught up in the excitement that only a few photos were snapped, but the memories are priceless! They partnered with local businesses to help make the evening even more special and are already looking forward to doing it again in 2026.

It was a paws-itively adorable scene as pets showed off their Halloween best during this recent Open House costume contest! Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital welcomed families and furry friends for a day of festive fun, complete with raffles, treats, and plenty of photo-worthy moments. Eddie stole hearts dressed as Winnie the Pooh, and so far, has gotten plenty of votes from the community. PEAH sends a huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate!
