Valrico Animal Clinic is seeking a full or part time Veterinarian with either strong interest or experience in providing care for exotic patients, along with dogs and cats. At VAC, we believe we have found the balance between providing a “family doctor” atmosphere to our clients while embracing new technology and medical advancement. Our doctors report feeling well supported by management, technicians and assistants to practice high quality medicine with in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, surgical suites, dental radiology, ultrasound and a well-stocked pharmacy.

Our Chief of Staff, Dr. David Thomassy, works to provide our associate DVMs with the mentorship needed to treat a range of patients from basic axolotl care to neutering rabbits to more advanced surgical procedures on traditional patients. Our goal is to support our medical team to do what they do best every day. Our clinic is proud to be an AAHA accredited practice with strong ties in the community. We partner with pet-centered charities and wildlife rehabilitation organizations by donating goods, sponsoring events and providing care to wildlife.
