Cheshire Animal Hospital in Keene, New Hampshire is looking for their next associate veterinarian. We are a fun-loving and hard-working group looking to add to our amazing four doctor practice. Our clients' have been trusting us with their small animals for over 40 years. We have a seasoned support staff and most of them have been here more than five years with a few having been with us for over 20 years. We have one tech with each doctor seeing appointments and two techs with each doctor performing surgery. The facility offers both digital and dental x-rays, in house ultrasound, as well as a traveling ultrasonographer. We are proud to partner with Monadnock Humane Society, Fast Friends Greyhound Rescue, and Monadnock Kitty Rescue. We also work with a variety of other local rescues.
A new grad or an experienced vet would be a good fit on our team. We currently don't see pocket pets or exotics but are open to a veterinarian with that experience. We love new ideas and are open to whatever expertise you bring.
No on call shifts or after hours are required. Our full-time veterinarian schedule is 4 days a week with rotating Saturday mornings — usually only 1 a month.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
There is a career path for everybody and not a one size fits all approach.
