Belltowne Veterinary Center is a full-service veterinary hospital located in beautiful Belfair, WA. We pride ourselves on providing the best care by offering a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services using progressive, modern medicine and innovative technology. We offer a modern, spacious working area, a large treatment area, an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, dental radiographs, ultrasound, Class IV Laser Therapy, and a fully-stocked pharmacy. We see a lot of patients but we also try to make sure that the schedule fits each doctor and runs at a good pace for the team, so there's time to spend with each patient. Each doctor also has a designated assistant to help them out and be familiar with their clients.
Belfair is just minutes from the Hood Canal and Olympic National Park and just a 40 minute drive to both Tacoma and Olympia. I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
There is a career path for everybody and not a one size fits all approach.
