We are so proud of our team members and we are excited to share these messages of appreciation. Just reading a few of these messages gives you an idea of just how much we impact each other's lives each day. 

Megan White from Lake Parkway Animal Hospital, Humble, Texas, wants to recognize Ashley Foerster, CCS: "Ashley is always willing to pitch in and help where it’s needed without question. Thank you for always working so hard!"

Becky Hebert from Brackett Street Veterinary Clinic, Portland, Maine, wants to recognize Nicole King, COS: "Just a quick shout out to recognize our COS, Dr. King.  Her love for her patients and dedication to her clients is so impressive and we just want her to know her hard work does not go unnoticed.<3"

Melissa Strycker-Grzeskowiak from Western Vet Clinic, South Bend, Indiana, wants to recognize Dr. Martin Langhofer: "Dr. Marty has been an incredible influence on my life over the past 25 years as well as hundreds of others that have come through the doors of Western Vet Clinic, either as employees, clients, high school and college students and many foreign students. He has built an amazing practice and even though he might only be part-time now, he continues to show us how to provide great medicine to our patients, guide our team to care for our clients and coworkers, and be a loyal part of the WVC and Vetcor team!"

Danielle Mercado from Leland Vet Clinic, Mableton, Georgia, wants to recognize Kaycee (Kelsey) Alberti, Assistant Hospital Manager: "Kaycee has been such a huge help to me, especially after losing our Chief of Staff. She has been extremely invaluable to me and the staff with everything from assisting doctors, helping up front, solving customer service complaints, and helping organize doctor meetings. She always has such an uplifting and positive attitude and she truly is such a blessing to everyone she encounters!"

Sherry Thompson from County Line Animal Hospital, Ontario, New York, wants to recognize Kaylyn Whitney Team, Lead CSR: "Kaylyn is an excellent role model for the staff. She is always jumping in and doing things herself. She finds projects for staff to work on during slower times so they don't have to have hours reduced. She is amazing!"

Heather Stevens from Trusty Vet, Huntsville, Alabama, wants to recognize Nicole Sisco, Veterinary Assistant: "Nicole always comes in with a positive attitude. She helps when she is needed, and doesn't complain. She always shows her amazing smiles to our clients and patients when they come through the doors. She is always willing to take on new challenges when asked of her."

Anne Porreca from Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital, Allentown, Pennsylvania, wants to recognize Brennan Schadler, Lead PCA: "We can always depend on kennel manager Brennan. He is amazing with our boarding pets and daycare dogs, as well as their owners. When things get a little crazy he just smiles and says "Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!" 

Michelle Metzner from Parkside Animal Care Center, Green Bay, Wisconsin, wants to recognize Sidney Stedjee and Samantha Eisch, CSR's: "Parkside has two amazing CSR's Sidney and Sam who went above and beyond in covering open shifts in late August and early September. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help when needed are appreciated by everyone at Parkside. We are so grateful for these ladies who are always willing to take on any challenge and keep Parkside's front desk running smoothly. Thank you again Sid and Sam for all you do!"

Melissa from Pet Partners Animal Clinic, Sussex, Wisconsin, wants to recognize Jessica Oliver, DVM: "I would like to recognize Dr. Jessica Oliver because we have had some challenges and changes at our clinic lately and she has been a great support to me. I am the manager here and we currently do not have a COS but I rely on Dr. Jessica a lot. She is always there to lend an ear if I need to vent, give advice, bounce ideas off of, share thoughts, and provide a positive outlook among other things. I appreciate her willingness to help and her being an advocate for all of our patients and being open-minded. She is strong and resilient and I appreciate her getting through this difficult time with our team. I am so lucky to have her in my corner and part of the great team I have."

Roberta Wall from Sorrento Animal Hospital, Tigard, Oregon, wants to recognize Rachel Shehhy-Taft, Veterinary Assistant: "Willingness to move from one position to the other, extremely flexible and with such an amazing positive attitude."

Kaity Blackburn from Corporate, Denver, Colorado, wants to recognize Krystle Bernier, Area Manager: "Krystle is doing an incredible job supporting our Canadian locations as we add new team members! We would like to thank her for that as well as all the other contributions from her seen and unseen as we grow and develop Vetcor Canada. We are so grateful and lucky to work with her!"

Tanya Stiles from Lucerne Veterinary Hospital, Dedham, Maine, wants to recognize Jeff Falkner, Senior Systems Administrator: "We had no phone or internet service for days and were getting no updates from our provider.  Jeff was able to overnight a wireless router and got us back on the internet so we could finally process payments, get our lab results, and do all the things we needed the internet for.  His efforts really made a difference for the entire staff.  Thank you, Jeff!"

Nicole Curler from Ops wants to recognize Roberta Wilkinson, Hospital Manager: "Going above and beyond supporting sister hospitals."

Amanda Flannigan from Service Center, Waco, Texas, wants to recognize Todd Ingersoll, Operations: "Todd, thank you for being a great sounding board and always there to help!"

Jolene O’Brien from Berrien Vet Baroda, Baroda, Michigan, wants to recognize Dr. Kristin Spink-Hauger: "Dr. Spink-Hauger donated a week of her time for a veterinary mission trip to Honduras to help control the pet population. She has a passion for service and has a really big heart. I appreciate her greatly!"

Ryan Gaston from Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic, Milton, Georgia, wants to recognize Yvonne Harris, Assistant Hospital Manager: "She works her tail off and is a great leader"

Talia Lucernoni from Valrico Animal Clinic, Valrico, Florida, wants to recognize Bri Shierling, CCS: "Bri has been with our clinic for a long time and is part of the bones of our customer service team. She is always there to connect with clients and help them find the best solution to take care of their pets. She coaches and trains new team members. We are so grateful for her smiling face as the first impression for our team!"

Donna Pelfrey from Airway Animal Clinic, Dayton, Ohio, wants to recognize the whole office staff,  Robyn Omiatek, Veterinary Assistant, Cierra Green, CCS, Jill Cantrell, Veterinary Assistant, Rebecca Minden, Veterinary Assistant, Sarah Kaiserling, Veterinary Assistant, Bailee Williams, Veterinary Assistant, and Kristin Hill, Veterinary Assistant: "We are such a busy clinic and they ALL work so hard to ensure our clients are well taken care of and their needs are met.  We all know how difficult it can be with the public, but they all inspire and support each other.  They all seek different ways to improve their communication skills and ask each other for advice.  I am so proud of how well they function as one and are truly the face of our clinic.  I am a very lucky and proud manager to have such a wonderful office staff.  I don’t think anyone says it enough, THANK YOU for all of your hard, tireless work!!!"

Kimberly Rich from Wabash Valley Animal Hospital, Terre Haute, Indiana, wants to recognize Scott Kenworthy, Lead Technician: "Scott has been with Wabash Valley Animal Hospital since 2002.  He has shown great leadership skills and has demonstrated a great work ethic.  He is doing an exceptional job in taking on the position of Lead Technician.  He is someone you can count on to be there and ready to do what needs to be done to make things go smoothly.  He is one of a kind.  Thank you for all your hard work.  We appreciate you."

Margie Giles from All Animals Veterinary Hospital, Sanford, North Carolina, wants to recognize Yuhan DiIlio, RVT: "Yuhan is wonderful!  We can't say enough great things about her!  She is an amazing technician.  She makes my life easier by handling the ordering and inventory.  While she is a phenomenal technician, she is also just a fabulous human being.  She is very dedicated and passionate about her job and we are very thankful to have her on our team!"

Jerry Johnson from DuPont Veterinary Center, DuPont, Washington, wants to recognize Mark Allen, RM: "I want to recognize Mark for taking on the Regional Manager role from across the US. He has been working with many of our clinics in the south sound area and has been going above and beyond. Thanks, Mark for your willingness to jump in and help us out, especially through this transition from PPV."

Teresa Pluciennik from Animal Hospital of Spring Grove, Spring Grove, Illinois, wants to recognize Lucy Smith, Regional Manager: " I would like to thank Lucy for her excellent communication continuing support. She has been such a great resource for me through our transition of joining Vetcor."

David Gagnon from Kaukauna Veterinary Clinic, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, wants to recognize Jenny Meulemans, Lead Receptionist: "Jenny is a very hard worker and always has a smile on her face. She's been with the clinic for 25 years. She is often the first person through the doors in the morning and the last to leave at night. Jenny has gained a lot of wisdom through the years and we're glad to have her experience and leadership skills."

Brandy Anselmo from Creature Comforts, Las Vegas, Nevada, wants to recognize Jen Shinton, LVT, Tiffany Scott, CCS, and Taylor Estrada, CCS: "I would like to thank Jen, Tiffany, and Taylor for all their help with training team member and helping to ensure all of our training manuals and platforms are up to date. Their hard work and dedication ensures our team is providing the highest level of service to our clients and patients."

Lisa Luebbert from Alpine Animal Hospital, Corvallis, Oregon, wants to recognize Mikayla Biggs, Veterinary Assistant: "This assistant brings a wealth of knowledge and willingness to help. As we work through changes, she is flexible and brings solutions instead of problems to the table. We appreciate her care and professionalism in being a team player and asset to our clinic."

They care so much about the pets and the people that bring them in. Last month we had a client, who is special needs, rush in with his precious poodle. Even with all our efforts that day, she passed. The owner was devastated, she was all he had. He only had part of the money to cover the bill and left to go try and come up with the rest. Our staff rallied together and paid this sweet man’s bill in full, including private cremation. He was so very thankful. We have the best team ever!"

Amy Klotz from Douds Veterinary Hospital, Oberlin, Ohio, wants to recognize Destiny Silva, CSR: "Destiny is working mostly remotely for us as a CSR. Recently when we have had people out due to illness, she quickly agreed to come on site to help without hesitation. She is so appreciated!!"

Amy Klotz from Douds Veterinary Hospital, Oberlin, Ohio, wants to recognize Stacey Homistek, Regional Manager: "Stacey came on board as our Regional Manager earlier this year and she has been a great resource. She is always willing to jump in and help when needed. We are so happy to have Stacey in our region!"

Mallory from Ambassador Animal Hospital, Fayetteville, North Carolina, wants to recognize Jazmine, Veterinary Assistant: "I would like to point out Jazmine for her positivity and her kindness with the pets. She is always willing to help her coworkers and does a good job on following up with clients and completing tasks asked of her!"

Mallory also wants to recognize Melonie, Veterinary Assistant: "I want to recognize Melonie as she is efficient and does well to find busy work in down times. She does well in keeping the treatment area clean!"

Lastly, Mallory wants to recognize Aya, PCA: "I want to thank Aya for working hard to complete her tasks. That short week we had due to Labor Day, she flew through the rest of the weekly duties on the last day to get them done!"

Chloe McTighe from Animal and Bird Clinic of Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, California, wants to recognize Ivanna Morales, Technician: "For always helping me with new skills and encouraging me during difficult shifts."

Brittany Klopp from Central Animal Hospital, Petaluma, California, wants to recognize Ashley Fairchild, CCS: "Ashley is one of the most hard-working teammates I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is always willing to help out, no matter what needs to be done. She continues to push herself to grow her skills and learn more each day. She is the backbone of the hospital and clients are truly upset when she is not in that day. Thank you Ashley for all you do. You are beyond appreciated!"
