The Activity Challenge Kicks Off Today

Today marks the first day of the Spring 2019 Activity Challenge!

You’re now on your way to earning 25 Wellbeing Rewards Points and meeting the ultimate goal of logging  an average of 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week over the course of the 6-week challenge. Way to go!

Girl hikingYou'll be able to log your activity using the ahealthyme cardio log which you can find right on the ahealthyme homepage. Alternately, you can use the HealthyNow app to log your activity on your mobile device.

For anyone who forgot to sign up but still wants to participate, don’t fret!

You can still sign up through Sunday, April 14th by following these instructions:

1. Log into your ahealthyme account at www.ahealthyme.com/login
2. Click "Sign up" in the challenge widget
3. Click "Select existing team" and then choose your captain's team name from the drop-down list (you'll see your team captain's first name, plus any other team members who may have signed up so far)
4. Click "Sign up now"

Non-BCBS Member Sign Up:

Any employees who are not BCBS Members will need a unique PIN to access AHealthyMe. For your convenience we have uploaded the pins to ADP. You can find them by logging into ADP, selecting "Myself," and then "Personal Profile." The PIN is located on the bottom right under "Non-BCBS Mem Pin."

You may also call the ahealthyme customer service line at (888) 617-0696 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, to request your personal access code. You will need to tell them your first and last name, that you work for VetCor, and that you would like to request your non-member personal access code for ahealthyme.com.

If you still have trouble retrieving your PIN, you can create a Help Desk ticket and someone from the home office will assist you.
