The Fruit and Veggie Challenge Kicks Off Today

The Fruit and Veggie Challenge kicks off today!

To successfully complete this challenge and earn 25 Wellbeing Rewards Points, you must log at least two servings of fruit and two servings of vegetables per day for a total of 16 days over the course of the 4-week challenge (four days per week, on average). In addition, you have the option of completing a weekly educational task - that part is up to you.

You can use the Fruit and Veggie Tracker on ahealthyme to log your eating habits or use the HealthyNow app to log your food from your phone. However you choose to log your food, just make sure you do so consistently.
