The East Holmes Veterinary Clinic in Berlin, Ohio is looking to expand our team of veterinary technicians. We are a multi-doctor, mixed animal practice. Our recently renovated main office is fully equipped with complete laboratory and diagnostic equipment including digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound, TCI machine, Zoetis Imagyst, and in-house IDEXX blood and urinary machines. We also have satellite facilities including a wellness facility, two grooming shops, and a boarding facility. Our patients are very diverse: while we see a higher volume of small animals, we also see livestock, production animals, and a range of exotics, including pocket pets, birds, and reptiles. Additionally, we work closely with several rescue groups and humane societies.
Full time registered technicians have their choice of either three 12 hour shifts, or four 10 hour days with rotating on-call shift on weekends and one holiday per year. East Holmes is also a 24 hour oncall emergency clinic. We currently have an ER staff for weeknight emergencies.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
There is a career path for everybody and not a one size fits all approach.
