Madera Veterinary Center in Madera, CA is seeking a Full-Time Veterinarian Hospital Manager to join our passionate team! We are a full-service community focused animal hospital that sees dogs cats and the occasional pocket pet.To better serve and support our community we run an in-house “Angel” fund for pets whose owners don’t have the means to provide necessary surgery or for pet’s whose owners relinquish them to the us.
The Veterinary Hospital Manager will share our commitment to provide exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities of Veterinary Hospital Manager include but are not limited to: operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators overseeing client care ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service.
We are looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner, excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 with a 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday and weekends as needed. Pay will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type.
