This is a part-time position, with an 18-24 hour work week and rotating Saturdays. Our veterinary assistants are an important part of our pet care team and help provide excellent care to our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service to our clients. This position is a great training opportunity for someone that wants to become a Veterinary Technician.
We prefer candidates with veterinary practice experience including:
Greeting patients/clients & listening to our clients as they explain why their dog/cat/bird/rat/goat/chicken is the best one that has ever lived.

Lab work
Monitoring of patients
Pharmacy duties
Handling medical records

Anticipate the needs of DVM staff, promoting efficiency and teamwork.
