Position Overview
The Hospital Manager plays a vital role in the success of our hospital by overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and partnering closely with the medical leadership to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support hospital staff to promote engagement, accountability, and retention
Oversee daily hospital operations, workflows, and scheduling
Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members
Ensure exceptional client service and address client concerns professionally
Monitor financial performance including payroll, revenue, and expenses
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with veterinarians to align operational goals with high-quality medical care
Qualifications
Previous management or leadership experience in a veterinary hospital or medical setting preferred
Strong people-management and communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, payroll, or performance metrics a plus
Passion for animal care and team development
