The Crofton Veterinary Center is looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our team.  This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule – though rotating Saturday shifts will be required.   Our Client Care Specialists play an integral role in providing excellent care to our patients as well as serving as major communicators for our hospital.  Position is responsible for taking phone calls, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.  Candidates must have experience in a customer service environment and an upbeat, client friendly attitude.  This position requires someone that is excellent at handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.  A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all members of our team.  If you would be interested in joining our team – there are several ways to apply:
