As an experienced Veterinary Technician Leader, you already know what it takes to be a successful veterinary professional.  Some of the key skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include:

• Professionally manage the technician team by promoting and maintaining a healthy spirit of teamwork
• Ability to oversee the daily workflow in regards to procedures as well as appointments, including the assigning of technicians to specific responsibilities.
• Work with Hospital Manager in overseeing daily and weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing
• Proficient ability in performing all skills of an exam room technician and surgical technician.
• Support and enforce established hospital policies and procedures, especially when handling client concerns and complaints
• Ability to onboard and train new veterinary technician team members
