We are looking for an experienced Client Care Specialist. Rosedale Veterinary Clinic is a small but growing full-service veterinary clinic with an outstanding team-oriented environment. We provide wellness and sick care and perform general surgeries and dentals.
As the client face of the clinic, we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills. The candidate needs to exhibit “grace under pressure” when dealing with difficult clients or situations. The position requires someone who is compassionate but also highly organized and detail-oriented. As a small clinic, it is important to be team-oriented and willing to pitch in as needed.
The CCS is responsible for client communications in various forms, including multi-line telephone, e-mail, and online reservation systems. Primary tasks include answering client phone calls and emails, booking appointments, checking patients in and out, and taking various forms of payment. For new patients, the CCS will scan, attach, and enter relevant information in the client management system. The CCS will also call in or fax prescriptions to pharmacies. The candidate will use education and sales skills to discuss the pros/cons of various preventions with clients and refill preventions. The candidate should have basic pet handling skills to enable them to safely weigh pets or escort them to treatment as needed. Knowledge of Avimark is a plus. Business knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
This is a full-time position with benefits, including medical, dental & vision plans, 401(k), paid vacation, and eligibility for quarterly bonuses.

I would highly recommend anyone to work for a Vetcor clinic because of all the available resources they offer to their employees! These resources vary from continuing education to the importance of mental health and not burning out. Stonebridge has been one of the best places I have worked and has done nothing but help me pursue my goal of becoming an LVT.
There are programs including VetLife Days and Lend-a-Hand that allow you to spend time at other clinics. I have met some wonderful colleagues this way and have also been able to expand my leadership skills within Vetcor. I actually learned that I love teaching and supporting other veterinarians, especially new graduates. I love soft tissue surgery, so to be able to pass on that knowledge and skill set to new grads, giving them the confidence and skills they need to excel, has been very rewarding. It has been an amazing journey with Vetcor so far and I am excited to continue to be part of this amazing group.
The mentorship and advice from the Vetcor Chief of Staff Advisors have helped me become a better veterinarian and surgeon. They have filled me with confidence in order to become a better leader. Vetcor has been a great corporation to work for.
There is a career path for everybody and not a one size fits all approach.
Join a group of motivated veterinary professionals while taking advantage of employee programs, resources, and fantastic benefits. Join one of our many collaboration groups for Hospital Managers, Techs, and Vets! Plus, we love supporting growth in your teams' desired career paths.
